Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During busy periods, including holidays, product launches, and promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Rates
Flat rate shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free standard shipping is available on Canadian orders over $140 CAD (before taxes).
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:
Within Canada

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your order.
Mito &Co. is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. If your package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@sarahhabibi.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
At this time, Mito &Co. ships within Canada and the USA only.
We hope to expand to additional countries in the future.
